Reliable Sit & Down Command

Sit and Down are CORE behaviors every dog should know. And im sure your thinking, well of course my dog knows it - we taught it to them RIGHT away. However - whenever clients tell us my dogs knows sit and down, we realize very quickly they contextually know the commands, however they dont know the full expectation of the command, they cant perform the command around distractions, they wont hold the command for any duration, or they will only do the commands when a treat is present.
